Nancy Hatoum

Nancy Hatoum is a Toronto based animator and a soon to be graduate from OCADU's Experimental Animation with a specialty in all 2D animation. With an interest in character animation, Nancy's works involve traditional animation, experimental abstraction, and exploring the boundaries between live-film and animation. 

She has interned at Thought Café as an animator and has freelanced as an animator on various films, such as "Pool Party" from Pudding Cup Pictures. Her film "Not Kool" was screened in the juried 2024 EXAN End Of Year screening at TIFF, and her newest film "Before You Go" is soon to be screened at various festivals.
